Research Interests

My research interests include the following topics:

  • Fit of data to phylogenetic model and statistical tests of molecular evolution.
  • Evolution, phylogeny and genomics of placental mammals.
  • Use of phylogenetic methods to solve bioinformatic problems including association of proteins based on comparative genomic sequencing.
  • Analysis of microarray/gene expression/proteomics data, particularly classification of genes or samples, with an emphasis on comparison of the results of different methods (including selection of genes).
